Top News Feed in Facebook
The reports are coming in. Most folks don’t seem to be too turned on by this feature. It’s Top News stories decided by Facebook. They won’t share with anyone how they decide what top news items they think should appear in our News Feeds.
It sits at the very top of your News Feed when you arrive at Home page at login.
Don’t like the story choices coming in, click the drop down arrow on the right, and hide them. Facebook will pick something else as Top News to send to you. They think this a cool idea, more of a News Paper sort of thing. Most of us aren’t on Facebook for this sort of info.
You can kind of ignore it, just scroll down and get to your typical News Feed. And remember, Facebook isn’t finished with this feature. It can change.
